Ce mercredi 29 Avril pourrait bien être décisif dans le dossier de rachat du Milan.

Comme rapporté par la Gazzetta, Mr Bee s’est envolé, hier, pour Genève afin de régler les derniers détails financiers de son offre, avec le banque Rothschild. Ce matin, retour à Milan, pour préparer la rencontre au sommet, ce soir, avec Berlusconi, à Arcore. Les deux hommes pourraient signer un accord de vente de la majorité (entre 50 et 60%) pour un montant qui avoisinerait les 500 millions d’euros. Ils profiteront aussi de la soirée pour regarder le match du Milan face au Genoa, bien sur.

De son côté, la Repubblica croit savoir que derrière Bee, il y a deux banques influentes qui le soutiennent. La Banque d’Etat chinoise, et celle des Emirats, la Banque d’Abu Dhabi ADS. De quoi se rassurer sur la solidité des finances de cet acheteur thaïlandais qui semblait parfois incertaines.

Le journal italien pense aussi que l’investisseur ne veut rien révolutionner dans l’organigramme, pour l’instant. Chacun garderait sa place actuelle (même Berlusconi, Galliani …) mais Maldini pourrait faire son arrivée en tant que directeur sportif.

Rien n’est encore fait, mais tout semble maintenant écrit, l’AC Milan changera de main très très prochainement !

Carlo Ancelotti is already a legend in Italy but is now becoming even more of one. There are many teams that dream of having the current Real Madrid manager sitting in their dugout.

The latest to show an interest in signing him up is AC Milan, or, more accurately, one of the contenders for the purchase of the club to be sold off by the Berlusconi family as soon as possible. Mr Bee dreams of making Ancelotti part of his plan, but the very first thing he has to do is to seal the final details of the takeover, which could happen very shortly.

AC Milan are suffering one of the biggest crises in their history. In the next few days Berlusconi could finalise the sale of the club, which would then pass into the hands of Bee Taechaubol, the Thai millionaire who is already in Milan awaiting Berlusconi's response to to his offer of €500 million for 65% of the company which owns AC Milan. Mr. Bee, as he is known in Italy, plans to rescue the club from one of the lowest positions they have ever slipped to. And the man chosen to get the team and the club back to where they belong is Carlo Ancelotti.

Bee and his team want to make available to the current Real Madrid manager a squad and an infrastructure which would be in keeping with the traditions and history of AC Milan.

There is talk of a contract which could be as much as €12 million net, although it will not be for money that Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid. Each day that passes sees his options for staying put increase.
