Pour ceux qui ont connu François Paparone qui a marqué l'histoire de la pâtisserie et des glaces , crème chantilly, Baba au rhum.....

Il avait une grande pâtisserie,  brasserie  Avenue Marcellin berthelot, actuelle Hedi chaker et une autre avenue de France près de la pharmacie du coin.

Paparone  d"origine sicilenne ,comme beaucoup d'autres italiens, De Carlo, Bebert, Caciola ( au kram) nous ont bien  régalés durant notre jeunesse .

Sur la photo , un monsieur a pris son nom et ouvert ftairi ....

On peut aimer les ftaier et dérivés,  mais pourquoi mélanger les choux et les carottes. 

Au point où nous en sommes , demain un vendeur de mlawi pourra mettre " chez Paul Bocuse " !!!
