marbou7a 3270 Report post Posted January 12 Rakzouli 3a dernier point بلاغ حيث انعقدت لجنة طوارئ بتاريخ 04 جانفي 2021 , وحيث وقع مطالبة مسؤولي النادي الإفريقي بجملة من الوثائق والمعطيات في اجل لا يتجاوز يوم الثلاثاء على الساعة الخامسة مساء ، وحيث ورد على الجامعة التقرير المالي لسنة 2018-2019 دون أن يتم عرضه على أنظار الجلسة العامة للنادي للمصادقة عليه، و قوائم مالية دون الإستظهار بتقرير مالي لموسم 2019-2020, وحيث لم يستظهر النادي بما يفيد احترام خلاص ديون الجامعة التي حل أجلها حسب الجدولة التي تعهد بها النادي ، وحيث أكد النادي استقالة 9 أعضاء منتخبين وقبول رئيس الجمعية 5 استقالات ورفض 4 آخرين دون الإستظهار بمحاضر جلسات في الغرض ودون الإستظهار بالمراجع القانونية التي تمنح لرئيس النادي أحقية القرار بقبول أو برفض مجموعة من الاستقالات، قررت لجنة الطوارئ ما يلي: - إحالة ملف وضعية الهيئة المديرة للنادي الافريقي على أنظار الهيئة المستقلة للانتخابات. - إحالة التقرير المالي للنادي الخاص بموسم 2018-2019 و القوائم المالية لسنة 2019-2020 إلى هيئة رقابة التصرف بالجامعة والتي يترأسها السيد ابراهيم عبيد ، مع إمكانية إحالته إلى المصالح المختصة لوزارة المالية CGF إذا تعذر على الجامعة الحصول على كل المؤيدات والوثائق المطلوبة المتعلقة بالتقرير المالي وبمختلف القوائم المالية. - تكليف اللجنة المالية بالجامعة للقيام بالإجراءات المناسبة لضمان استخلاص الديون التي تعهد بها النادي ولَم يلتزم بها. كما تفيد الجامعة التونسية لكرة القدم أنه وعلى إثر إعلام السيد رئيس الهيئة المستقلة للانتخابات بالجامعة بالموضوع وبإحالة الملف إلى الهيئة، فقد قرر انعقاد جلسة في الغرض بتاريخ 13 جانفي 2021 , مستدعيًا كل من السادة عبد السلام اليونسي وحمزة الوسلاتي اللذان لم يقدما استقالتهما من ضمن الأعضاء المنتخبين، والسيد سامي المقدمي بصفته كاتب عام للجمعية.
